Fast & Prayer Retreat. Jan’12.
We started our ministry this year with our Fast & Prayer Retreat from 28-30th Jan  2012. These are our prayers:  God will open wider doors especially for the Youth/High School Ministry in Sabah, more Christian teachers will get involve, as well as for God’s guidance, protection and wisdom from above so that we will be more sensitive to His leading in order to carry out this mission.

Student Leadership Camp. Feb’12.
On 4-5th February 2012, we organized a Student Leadership Camp in KBRC Inanam. Praise God, there are 42 students from 11 schools attended the camp. Our purpose for this camp is to build up new leaders so that they will know how to lead the Christian Student Fellowship, Disclipleship and Prayer Group in their school.

Kem Sahabat Bandaraya. April’12.
April 27-29, 2012: Bandaraya Student Christian Fellowship (BSCF) has organized a Youth Motivation Camp. Altogether there were 140 participants, 60 of them prayed to receive Christ during that camp.I was overwhelmed when I hear one of my students’ testimony. “Now I can’t stop singing praises to God. Before this, when I grab a guitar, I only play pop songs. But now I listen to Christian songs and read my Bible. My mother couldn’t believe when she saw the changes in me… God has indeed changed me inside out.”

Latihan MTS Kota Belud. April’12.
Since year 2010, I was invited to be one of the facilitators in Sabah Theological College (MTS), Campus Melangkap Kota Belud, which is under SIB Sabah. The subject that we teach focuses on Evangelism and Discipleship. It includes theoretical and practical training. Through this training, the students were equipped with Bible knowledge as well as personal ministry skills, which will help them when they are sent to the field ministry in the future.  This year we were once again invited to give Evangelism Training to 26 new students on Feb 8-10, 2012, followed by another Discipleship Training on April 9-11, 2012.

High School Conference. Mei’12.
“True Love can Wait”    This was definitely not an ordinary conference. It was RADICAL… RANSFORMATIONAL… LIFE-CHANGING… As we heard testimony after testimony from the participants, our hearts were overwhelmed with excitement. Truly, God was at work in the High School Conference here in Kota Kinabalu. There were 90 participants joining the conference last year (2011). This year, by faith we prayed for 300 participants. But 327 youths turned up eventually. Our heartfelt gratitude goes to all of you who gave so generously and remembered us in prayers.

Creative Ministry. Jul’12. 
Mengucap syukur kerana ada 18 key students telah menyertai acara picnic hujung minggu. Melalui acara ini mereka telah diberi bimbingan tentang bagaimana menjadi pemimpin rohani yang akan membawa seseorang mengenal Kristus.

Student Camp. Jul’12. 
Seramai 145 pelajar telah mengikuti kem yang telah diadakan pada 27-29 Julai.  Ada 60 pelajar telah berdoa menerima Kristus. Melaluinya, para pelajar diberi bimbingan asas kepercayaan Kristian. Melalui kem ini juga mereka diberi bimbingan bagaimana mempertahankan iman dalam Kristus apabila berhadapan dengan pelbagai ancaman yang melemahkan iman mereka.

Kem Motivasi Remaja Ranau. Ogos’12.
Ada 38 orang peserta telah menyertai kem ini.  Kem ini memberi latihan pelayanan kepada para peserta. Mereka dilatih bagaimana menceritakan Kristus dengan menggunakan buku kecil empat hukum rohani kepada penduduk kampung yang ada di sekitar tempat perkhemahan.  Ada 50 orang telah diinjili, semuanya telah berdoa menerima Kristus. Pihak gereja akan membuat penyusulan seterusnya.

Misi Kanibongan, Pitas. Ogos’12
Hasil Partnership yang baik dengan guru-guru di Pitas maka  satu persetujuan  mengadakan Trip Misi di kawasan Kanibongan dan untuk menjayakan program ini ada 8 orang guru bersama pemimpin dan pemuda pemudi telah turut serta.  Selain penginjilan rumah ke rumah, pada malamnya penayangan Filem Yesus diadakan.   Manakala pada waktu pagi, guru-guru mengumpulkan pelajar sesi petang di gereja yang berdekatan untuk mengikuti sesi bimbingan Alkitab yang kami kendalikan, ada 51 pelajar yang ikut serta dalam bimbingan tersebut. Hasil dari misi ini ada; 229 orang yang mendengar injil dan 56 orang berdoa menerima Yesus termasuk 6 orang bomoh.

Kem Pelajar. Spt’12.
Pada 14-16 Spt,  kem pelajar dari Pinawantai Kudat diadakan di Kg. Marak-Parak Kota Marudu. Ada 61 pelajar dan 3 orang guru menyertai penuh masa. Semasa sesi keluar menginjil, ada57 orang diinjil dan 51 orang berdoa menerima Kristus. Sementara 28 orang diberi latihan bagaimana memimpin kelompok pemuridan dan ada 33 orang dilatih bagaimana mengunakan buku penginjilan.


Thanksgiving. Okt’12.
Acara pengucapan syukur pelayanan pelajar diadakan pada 20 Oktober. Seramai 180 pelajar telah hadir mewakili 15 buah sekolah menengah di sekitar Kota Kinabalu termasuk dari Kota Belud dan  Pinawantai Kudat.


KESAKSIAN PELAJAR

Melalui pelayanan pelajar yang dilaksanakan oleh CCC, kehidupan rohani saya berubah. Setiap latihan dan firman Tuhan yang diajar dalam kem mahu pun dalam retreat pelajar atau pertemuan pelajar Kristian telah menolong saya mengenal Tuhan dengan lebih mendalam lagi serta saya dapat mengetahui lebih banyak kebenaran firman Tuhan. Sejak saya dalam tingkatan tiga, saya telah terlibat dalam pelayanan ini. Saya sangat bersyukur kerana  dapat mengikuti pelayana ini. Saya telah belajar bagaimana  mengkongsikan  iman saya dan kasih Kristus kepada rakan  sekelas saya dengan berani dan penuh keyakinan. Melalui  pelayanan  CCC, saya dapat mengetahui dengan jelas akan tanggungjawab saya sebagai seorang pelajar Kristian menjadi berkat bagi orang lain.

Evita - Form 3, Inanam Kota Kinabalu.
Saya dilahirkan dalam keluarga Kristian, namun saya tidak mengerti apa itu Kristian. Saya mengikuti  keluarga pergi ke gereja setiap hari minggu,  tapi itu hanya sekadar suka-suka saja. Walaupun saya seorang Kristian tapi saya tidak tahu bagaimana berdoa dan jarang membaca Alkitab. Tetapi saya sangat bersyukur kerana  melalui pelayanan pelajar oleh staf dari CCC di sekolah saya telah  membantu pertumbuhan rohani saya. Saya telah mengenal Tuhan Yesus dan menerima Dia sebagai Tuhan dan Penyelamat saya secara peribadi melalui buku kecil empat hukum rohani. Saya telah mengikuti Bible study. Sekarang saya sudah tahu bagaimana berdoa secara peribadi dan saya mempunyai keyakinan untuk membimbing rakan-rakan yang lain mengenal Tuhan Yesus Kristus.


Teachers in Mission Sabah & Sarawak 2012.
Teachers in Mission is to establish a partnership network with the Christian teachers with a vision to reach out to students and expand the student ministry throughout Sabah and Sarawak. We started the Teachers in Mission last November 2011, hoping that through such partnership and networking, our mission to win the student can be established more effectively. Praise the Lord, through the dedication and commitment of the staff  team High School Ministry, the partnership with teachers. We were able to organize 12 meetings (Sabah & Sarawak) and 198 teachers indicated that they will commit in this ministry.

Melalui pelayanan pelajar yang dilaksanakan oleh CCC, kehidupan rohani saya bertumbuh. Setiap latihan dan firman Tuhan yang diajar dalam kem mahu pun dalam retreat pelajar yang telah menolong saya mengenal Tuhan dengan lebih mendalam lagi serta saya dapat mengetahui lebih banyak akan kebenaran firman Tuhan. Saya juga telah mengikuti bible study yang bercakap” Bagaimana bertumbuh dalam Kristus”. Pelayanan CCC, sangat menolong perkembangan rohani saya. Kini saya sudah tahu berdoa secara sendiri,dan juga saya kini mempunyai keyakinan membimbing rakan yang lain dalam firman Tuhan sehingga mereka pun dapat bertumbuh didalam Tuhan Yesus.

HIGH SCHOOL CONFERENCE 2012

Puji Tuhan dan terima kasih atas segala sokongan anda dalam menjayakan pelaksanaan HSC 2012.
pada tahun lalu peserta HSC 2011 hanya 93 orang sahaja tetapi tahun ini jumlah peserta adalah 327 orang tidak termasuk Fasi dan Staff.

Segala Pujian dan syukur hanya kepada Tuhan...

60 berdoa menerima Yesus

Saya sangat teruja dengar cerita seorang pelajar... "saya terus menyanyai memuji Tuhan, kalau dulu capai gitar main muzik saja... tapi sekarang dah lain, dengar muzik dan membaca Alkitab, sampai mama saya pun pandang semacam.. sebab saya sudah diubah Tuhan..." Bukankah ini revival peribadi namanya.  Terima kasih Tuhan atas pekerjaanMu yang amat luar biasa di kalangan pelajar PPKB... teruskan Tuhan agar api itu merebak dan membakar pelajar2 yang lain... Amen! (Guru Pembimbing)

Latihan di MTS Melangkap di teruskan dengan pelajaran Menengah, dimana sebelum ini mereka telah belajar Dasar, kali ini latihan fokus kepada latihan bimbingan.  Diharapkan melalui latihan ini setiap pelatih MTS Melangkap dapat melakukan bimbingan kepada orang baru percaya atau mengaplikasikannya di tempat pelayanan dimana mereka dihantar nanti.

We started the Teachers In Mission last November 2011, hoping that through such partnership and networking, our mission to win the youth can be established more effectively. Praise the Lord, through the dedication and commitment of the YLM team, the partnership with teachers, and also your support, we were able to organize 3 meetings and 33 teachers indicated that they will commit in this ministry.

Today is the anniversary of my friend's death. He died because of lung cancer, cause by smoking. He knew about his illness 3 months before he died. He has never checked and have any symptom about it. There was no sign. When he found out, he cried and and cried everyday. He told us how regret he is for taking cigarette since the age of 14. He knew on that year when he died that he's gonna stop smoking and having a better life afterward. But it was too late. He died at the age of 19. But he never blamed God for his illness, because he realized that God loves him so much, and wanted a better life for him. But as many times he knew that God wanted him to change, he refused many times. After he stopped, he still had the chance to say that at least he doesn't have to wake up early in the morning, then light up cigarette. Lol. His death made me and few of my friends also stop smoking

My dear friends,
I don't force you to stop, or to judge for those who are smoking. But as friend and someone who had experienced smoking before, I just wanna tell you guys to have a better life and inhale the fresh air daily. We don't know when it's our turn to be called by God. So before it's happen, we have to be prepared always, and live in holiness. We are called to be holy. It's hard to stop, yes I know. But when you get to that point where you think it's not worth to smoke anymore, trust me, you will feel great. God gave us life, so do we have to throw our lives away? I post this not for the purpose of putting others down, or to judge you for smoking, but we care for each other, and you should too.

It's not easy at first? Yes. But you will cope with it soon, just believe that God will help you. You just have to have determination and to know why you wanna stop.
